A fabulous cut from Wayne in his calm and comfortable salon. It's so good to find such a skillful hairdresser in Teddington! Highly recommended.

I cannot praise Wayne and his team highly enough. Finding somebody you like and trust to style your hair can be tough. I am confident that every time I visit, I will leave with a look I absolutely love. The atmosphere is friendly, the music is very chilled. From the moment I walk in I feel relaxed....Wayne cuts my hair and he spends time with me to discuss and agree exactly what I want and he takes his time to get it right. I like that he keeps his technique and training up to date and doesn't just rely on experience. Scarlett usually does all my treatments and is a real asset to this salon. She is warm, friendly and professional and always has a smile for everyone. This salon is totally brilliant and I have recommended it to all my friends. read more

I moved to Shape Hair Design 2 years ago, after 20 years with another salon - a nervous moment! From my first consultation, I was confident this was the place for me. Wayne is a superb precision cutter of hair, he listens to you and understands what will work for you as an individual. My cut and col...our are significantly better than before, and my short cut grows out brilliantly, staying on style for at least 8 weeks. The salon is professional and comfortable, the other stylists always friendly and helpful. I've also used Hayley in the beauty salon, who is also professional and friendly - if you need a proper massage, look no further! I moved a long way away from the area last autumn, but still use Shape - it's now a short flight away! - I wouldn't want anyone else doing my hair. read more

I was modelling for hairstylist Patricia on wednesday.And i have to say I am very happy with result.I have done Ombre and I love how it worked out.Will definetly come back and ask for her as she done great job.Also other staff was great and very friendly and welcoming and attentive all the time.Good... atmosphere! I have been going to Shape for over 2 years now since I got back to the UK and would not consider going anywhere else these days. Wayne and his team have excellent knowledge of colour, yet are not pushy when giving advice (which is a relief after living in N America for a while!) and I always end up... with great, natural looking results. Their cutting skills are fantastic - my hair always looks good, right up until my next appointment, and is exceptionally easy to style myself (phew!). I went to Shape for the first time a few months ago having had over the years my hair cut in various, famous salons in the West End. Some places were better than others but I was never 100% happy with any of them. During my first visit Wayne listened carefully to what I had in mind, then advised me...what style would suit me and explained how he was going to cut my hair. Wayne and all the stuff are very friendly and my visit was a very pleasant experiance. I can honestly say that for the first time in many years I had a cut that I truly loved. I always thoroughly enjoy my appointments at Shape Hair Design. Wayne gives particular personal attention to his clients, and is fastidious in giving the best haircut and style. I first discovered Shape when my regular hairdresser moved away. I was quite nervous on my initial visit as I have curly hair and have had a couple of bad experiences in the past. I tried a number of the hairdressers in Teddington until I discovered Shape, and now I needn't look elsewhere. Wayne (and his team) is skilled and knowledgeable at what he does. Always able to provide what I need and offer fair and unbiased opinion on what suits me best. I've never had a bad haircut... from shape. And I've had a number of different styles since first visiting. Wayne always listens carefully to what I want and somehow always manages to bring to life what i have had in my head. Always prompt. Always efficient. And always leaves me happy. Oh and his barista skills are pretty good too, so ake sure you say yes to the offer of a free coffee!
