We offer free consultations for anyone considering a new hairstyle, colour or treatment.
There's absolutely no pressure it's simply an opportunity to get to know you and recommend the best options for your hair.
Patch Testing
If you're booking a colour appointment, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your service.
You'll also need a new patch test if:
You've used a home colour or box dye since your last visit.
You haven't visited the salon for six months or longer.
You've recently had a tattoo or permanent makeup.
Your safety always comes first.

Deposits
Some appointments may require a deposit when booking, particularly longer colour appointments.
Your deposit is deducted from the cost of your appointment.
Running Late?
If you're delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adapt or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other clients.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
Late cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit.
